Changes are accepted within 2 weeks from the date of receipt of your order.

The order must be returned in excellent condition to the package you received without removing special markings (labels and tabs). They must also be accompanied by proof of order and a special return form.

The cost of change – return is borne by the customer unless a product has been sent to you defective or different from the one you have ordered.

The products are sent by courier company within 3 to 10 working days from the day of payment of the order.

For the sending of our orders our company cooperates with the courier companies GENIKI TACHIDROMIKI, ELTA courier and ACS.
